Initially, the company sent a third part that said no significant damage and therefore no further action. Ultimately, it was found that there was extensive damage that was covered under the policy. Every decision took significant time and effort to reach agreement. Even when the company hired their own engineers and specialists, when it came time to pay, there was disagreement on the findings which resulted in debate and negotiations. Calls and emails went weeks without being returned. Very bad experience and often bordered on bad faith practices.
