We recently had a crack in the windshield of our car which required it to be replaced. Since newer cars now have this blackbox located on the windshield behind the rear view mirror, and knowing this would have to be removed, reinstalled and recalibrated once the new windshield was installed, we were concerned that not just any glass company could properly recalibrate the blackbox. The dealer we bought the car from recommended a particular company to do the windshield repair and blackbox recalibration. So we had the windshield replaced and submitted the bill to Vault, who quickly reimbursed us. We were extremely pleased with the entire process to get the windshield replaced - from first contacting and dealing with the friendly Vault claims people to quickly getting reimbursed.
