Vault handled our claim in the most inappropriate manner I have seen from an insurance company in a long time.Vaults hired Engineer was completely negligent and fraudulent.We had to hire our own independent engineer to put the report together to show all of the hail damage. It was very easy for them in their pictures matched the pictures first submitted by our roofer. Vaults engineer essentially said there was no damage, but there was physical damage all over our roof that anyone could see.I would not recommend vault to anyone whatsoever even though they paid our claim once we submitted our engineers report.My understanding is that vault is trying to compete with nationwide private client Along with Chubb and other high-end insurers.Vault is nowhere near the class of those high insurers
