We ordered two 60L bags for our special 27th wedding anniversary trip, but received only one 40L bag eight days later, with the 60L bags arriving a week after that, seemingly in a separate delivery. Despite multiple emails, we only got a response asking for photos, and our emails were blocked for three days. After finally sending the requested photos, we have heard nothing back. This situation is very frustrating. If it is not resolved before our trip, we will be seeking refunds. Thankfully, we used a payment method that offers support.
