The service does have clear guidelines, particularly regarding mandatory stop losses outlined in the risk questionnaire that clients sign. I recognize that adhering to this requirement is part of the agreement, and traders are expected to follow it diligently. My frustration stems from the inconsistency in how these rules are enforced and communicated. At one point, it was communicated that trades opened without a stop loss would lead to a soft breach (automatic trade closure). However, during that time, my trades were not closed automatically, and I did not receive any real-time alerts or warnings. Later, during a routine risk audit, the same situation resulted in a hard breach and account termination. The transition from soft breach communication to hard breach enforcement, applied retroactively through an audit, was both confusing and disappointing, especially after dedicating significant time and effort. The service later clarified that the soft breach warning system was tested and subsequently removed based on client feedback, stating that audits would be the main enforcement method. While I appreciate this explanation, more transparent and consistent communication would significantly enhance the trader experience. As for whether I will continue working with them in the future, my honest opinion is that I’m uncertain at this moment.
