However, the quality is really deteriorating now - the second to last binder had damage on the plastic sheets, almost as if they had been punctured. The latest binder I received today has a dead insect trapped inside one of the plastic sleeves. I've reached out to customer support (through their AI bot), and I'm awaiting their response.
