Apart from the fact that their products are FAR superior to others in the market at comparable or lower prices, their customer service is phenomenal. Responses come swiftly within a couple of business days, even for requests rather than problems (e.g., asking for a first edition binder after significant loyalty and missed drops versus order issues). I have always purchased binders here and will continue to do so.
