Support does not answer to mail except use the chatbot (that is really dumb). My order have the wrong delivery address I tried to contact the support three times before it was shipped to the wrong address, the retard chatbot just tell me now we can only refund once the package came back to us. The shipping was one delivery but ending in a relay point like what the hell. Order #EU41430 I'm open to a commercial solution.
