I've been using Vault-X products exclusively for a while now. When the new, gigantic 16 slot binder was announced I was quick to hop on board. That said, in my haste my shipping address got mixed up and the item got lost in the mail, returned to sender, and refunded. It was my mistake and I thought I had missed out as the product was sold out. Working with an outstanding customer service agent, Shireen, she managed to find my product, get an invoice to me and send it out after correcting the address. I've never seen any company go above and beyond so much. I now have 7 Vault X binders protecting 43k worth of TCG and I trust this company and their products with my investments.
