Order arrived damaged, just wanted a refund or replacement, they first told me to take it up with royal mail myself, after some back and forth they were now going to open up a claim with royal mail. Still no word on whether I'd recieve a refund or not. Just want to return the product but they wanted me to take pictures/open the product with no garuntee I would get a refund. Costing me more of my time than the product at this point. (ALSO! only 5* reviews on here but 3.8 average definitely been deleting their bad reviews, will check on mine to make sure it doesn't get deleted too).
