Item arrived with an oil stain on the top, won't come off. Thought I'd live with it until I was offered the chance to review. So I reviewed it badly.
To my surprise I got an email from someone at Vault X offering the chance of resolution. But it wasn't to be as you have to go through a stupid bot to get help and it won't let you speak to anyone. It also doesn't allow paragraphs so when you press return it just sends the message with no way of going back unless you re-go through the bot, which frankly no-one should have to do, it's painful.
The bit that ires me the most though is my review could simply have been forwarded to the resolution team by the person reviewing the review, but it wasn't. Because the company is stupid and seems to want to make it as difficult as possible to get help, so their customers, I assume give up and go elsewhere.
The problem with these 'one and done' companies is they eventually run out of customers to upset - but they evidently don't care.
So if you buy and it turns up less than perfect. Don't bother complaining. It's your fault for not checking the reviews. As it was for me.
