I ordered a small vacuum cleaner from this platform. I've emailed them three times now! The first response suggested I wait a few days for tracking updates. After emailing again yesterday and today, it's been a week since the order, and I'm not getting any replies! I'm starting to think this might be a scam and will approach my bank's fraud department for a chargeback after the weekend. Really disappointing since this product seemed promising!
