I ordered lights that were supposed to be the L50 PRO, but what I received was not as advertised. The advertisement displayed a nice box, yet I got a bubble wrap bag. It promised magnetic mounts, but I received Velcro instead, and the lights looked different. It's unclear whether they are of lower or higher quality.
I reached out to the company via email, and their response was aggressive, stating that I must reply within 3 days if I wish to return the items, fill out a form, and cover the return shipping costs!
At this point, I don't want to return the items; I just want to understand why they differ from what was advertised. I advise others to steer clear of this company, as they do not deliver what they promise and do not uphold their own satisfaction guarantee. UPDATE
Although I received a response from the company, they still haven't clarified why I didn't get the item I ordered (the magnetic mounts). It's really straightforward. They suggested that I contact them directly, which I have done, but I still haven't received a satisfactory explanation. I’m not asking to return the lights (which I would have to pay for), just seeking clarification on what I received. I maintain my stance that this is not a reliable company to buy from, and I will continue to raise awareness through various social media platforms to inform potential customers.
