I hit a problem as my order was not delivered, contrary to what the courier claimed. Our CCTV showed no effort to deliver at the time claimed. This is when you find out how good a company is. Today I received a phone call from them, very friendly and polite and they immediately issued a full refund with no quibble whatsoever. I would recommend them to anyone and, despite my problem, would very happily use them to purchase from again in the future. A very positive experience indeed from a highly recommended company.
