EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I contacted them to ask about my car part the staff were rude and unhelpful. Instead of providing clear information they kept making excuses and avoided answering my questions. Very UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour and a frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to be careful before dealing with them.
This company is totally garbage. Their website barely works and after you buy a car part they simply disappear. I ordered a headlight over a month ago and it has still not arrived. Instead of resolving the issue they keep making excuses while holding my money.

Very disappointing experience. The company failed to deliver within the promised timeframe and never provided tracking details. Communication was poor and staff were unprofessional on calls. It's been 2 month my refund is still not processed despite Letter Before Action notice.

Awful customer service, not sure they're even a real business and not just a bunch of scammers. Waited and waited for a headlight for my car, no tracking info supplied despite repeated requests, then was told it had been destroyed by the courier but that another was coming in the next week. Same story... no tracking details, broken promises of updates and tracking info, always 'later' or 'tomorrow' but still nothing. Beware, these guys are cowboys.

BEWARE - SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS !!!!!!!Think twice before paying this company and make sure you read their other negative reviews.I ordered an engine from them for a customer’s vehicle, but it was never delivered. They claimed there was an issue during transport and kept me waiting for 5-6 weeks before finally saying the order would be cancelled.It has now been over three months, and I still have not received my refund, despite speaking to them almost every week and repeatedly chasing it up. All I heard is lies, thy kept telling me the refund been done just give it few days.If you end up in the same situation, don’t waste time trying to get a refund directly from them - go straight to your bank and request a chargeback before it’s too late.Unfortunately, I’ve realised I had a similar issue with this company a few years ago with another part. I eventually got my money back, but only after a long struggle. I had forgotten about that until I reviewed my past correspondence.I strongly recommend staying away.
Do not use this company they are absolute con artists! I needed an engine for my car and this company informed me they had one. I initially paid £1000 towards it, then I discovered I could have my engine reconditioned instead. I contacted them to explain the situation and they agreed to refund the £1000. This has been months now of trying to contact them multiple times and each time, I’m told something different. Even spoke to the accounts guy who seems to have the easiest job in the world as he only works on Saturdays, starts at 11, and by 12.30 he’s taking a 2 hour lunch break! I’ve now had to resort to the small claims court to try to get the money back. Do not give your money to these scammers!
After purchasing an engine on the 5th September, for a Vauxhall Vivaro, we were told it would take 5 - 7 days to be delivered. After this time had lapsed, we were chasing them for the best part of 2 weeks with excuse after excuse. Eventually purchased another engine from another supplier, then we had to keep chasing them again for a refund. Once again, excuse after excuse. I do not rate this company, and advise people to stay clear.
Recently purchased a Disco 4 TD6 engine from Vaux Spares and I cannot rate then more highly. Communication was excellent, description was totally accurate and honest and delivery timing was well communicated. Engine now fitted with timing belts and service parts replaced and is running perfectly. Event started first time. Can’t understand why some customers have reviewed then poorly. Definitely not what I have experienced Great service and would recommend them highly and use them again.
