Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy. Purchased an engine on the 3rd December, after many promises, conversations, assurances and alleged failed deliveries, finally by the 20th January requested money back. Judging by reviews i've just read this also looks like it will be a battle. Next stop Trading standards, followed by Small Claims Court if no refund received.
