On the 6thof April bought a rear light for jaguar and they sent email on the 7th to confirm part had been sent and will be with uswithin 2-3 working days, then received a text saying it would be delivered on the 8th of April, but it did not arrive so phoned DHL the courier company and they said they hadn't actually received the part to deliver to us, so phoned vauxspares for them to say DHL have got it and it must be at a different warehouse and it will work it way to us by Monday 12th so waited again and last night decided to contact paypal to open a case to shimmy them along and phoned them this morning for them to say because we had donea chargeback they can no longer send us the part but they toldusit was sent last week!!just hope we can get our money back through PayPal now
