Ordered parts for £305 about 8 weeks ago. Parts were damaged in transit so they tried to find me spares - totally fine, accidents happen. The new parts were in wrong colour so I decided for a refund to avoid respraying. 4 weeks after original payment, nothing. 6 weeks later, nothing. 8 weeks later I finally received my money back. This is after about 15 phone calls over the last 4 months but I was always just fobbed off. Massive thanks to ray who finally sorted this out for me. This guy is the only good thing about the company.
