Advertised next day delivery via DPD. Got a delivery time of 13.30-14.30. Took a half day off work to be in for this delivery. It finally arrived at 18.15. Tried contacting via their chatbots and call centre, only to be told by AI that they couldn't give an update on arrival time. Very poor customer service. Wouldn't buy from Vax again, or any company that uses DPD as their courier service.
