I had a issue with my vax vacuumed and contacted the customer service via WhatsApp. Gaynor gave me the solution straight away which fixed the issue. I kept getting a error about cleaning the filter even though I already had. If you press the + and the carpet button together it clears the error. Thanks for your help.
Recently had a problem with my Vax cordless handheld whereby the battery was not charging fully.
Spoke to Luke via Vax chat support and within 10 minutes Luke had diagnosed the problem and issued a replacement charger to resolve it. Unexpected, quick and very efficient. Thank you Luke for the amazing support today. This is why I bought a Vax hoover. Support is second to none. 👌🏾
New Spotwash - got the best deal buying direct having shopped around through major retailers. The communication from ordering to delivery was great, and the equipment was well packaged. Delivery was quick, and after the first use the spotwash works great and is very effective.

The pet vacuum is a good vacuum, functionality is great however the battery life is dreadful. It states if you charge fully you will get roughly 45 minutes use, however we are lucky if we get 20 minutes without having to charge again. If we had known that we wouldn’t have bought it as although the vacuum itself works well, we need longer running time to vacuum our house and we are having to stop and charge before getting everywhere vacuumed.
Upright corded vacuum
Like the long length cord. Like the hand held mini-vac tool.
Keep getting static/electrical(minor) shocks from the upright tube while in use.
The cord comes out at the base of the machine so Vax provide a Cord hook, but it's on the detachable upright tube so keep having to unhook and then rehook cord.
I keep catching the release for removing the caddy when I remove the tube for edge cleaning so always having to check that it's attached properly
Despite having to contact Vax because my vacuum cleaner developed a fault, the customer service was excellent, easy to communicate with and swiftly resolve by sending me a replacement part.
I had an agent called carl and he was extremely helpful.
As I have a damaged hose but Carl has ordered me a replacement one as my vacuum cleaner is still under guarantee for 5 years also I will always stick with vax.
Do not buy from them and if you have to, just buy from Argos or Currys. Not only this company dares to give my product to such a fraudulent courier with dodgy drivers such as DPD that will not deliver your purchase even if you are at home, but when you let them notice that the item is missing they expect you to sign a declaration and wait until their investigation with DPD is over before sending you a missing product. Also, dear Vax personnel, be sure I will call every day just for the pleasure of giving you headache until I receive what is owed.
