Usually rate Vax highly but I bought a spot cleaner 4 years ago, very rarely used it and keep it clean in-between uses. The hose had torn in multiple places, contacted customer service and they said that part isn't replaceable and the best they can do is give me a discount code for a new one. It wasn't the most expensive model but it should have lasted more than 30 uses, clearly their products aren't made to last. 30 uses over 4 years is definitely not good enough to be a quality product!
