Very efficient delivery, the Vax came within the time scale stated when I ordered. It was securely boxed and comes with some very useful attachments. Though big and heavy it does a great job. We have two cats that moult a lot; our carpets have had a thorough clean, they look and smell fresher and the Vax has also lifted the pile. I’d definitely recommend this machine to anyone.
