I brought the dvl 2000 last winter from Amazon it kept switching off at around 40percent they wanted video proof I left it in the end as to much messing not great on technologyThen recently two usb ports stopped working and they tried saying I’d overloaded it Only charge I phone Offered me £30 refund I told them I’d get consumer rights involved Now saying will repair after sales have accepted it and can take 15 days I rely on it as live in rvSo think I’ll be taking this further Darren burskys
