Terrible company to do business with.Their website indicates delivery dates before making a purchase. These are not adhered to. There is an email link support@vdlpower. It's a waste of effort emailing them as they do not reply, shipping is not carried out until sometime after the indicated delivery date. I emailed cancelling the order as the expected delivery had passed and there was no shipping details for the order. There was no response, however 2 days later a shipping number was placed.I've not received the order to date so cannot comment upon the goods at this stage. I looked at their terms and conditions and they are not good. The website looks really professional but the links do not exist so you could think it's a scam site.If I had searched and read the reviews first I would not have made the order.
