I was send a faulty unit. Initially, I had some helpful communication with support, who tried to resolve the issue. On failing to do that I was eventually told that if I sent photos to prove the fault, they would arrange for a replacement. I did so over a week ago and have yet to have any response.My only remaining option is to take this up with my credit card company, unless you care to reply to me here?Update: well the review strategy worked, and they finally contacted me and offered me a refund as the unit is out of stock until the end of the month. Still less than impressed, but have added 2 stars in acknowledgement of the eventual resolution
