First off I want to start by saying I am a customer, nothing more. I am not getting paid for this or kudos. This is a 100% real and true review with emails and other correspondence proof and I don't work for the company. I am a 60 married woman who works for a veterinary hospital.
I can't believe all these negative reviews because people tried to cut corners buying off of temu because it looks the same? It is NOT the same just because it looks the same and their instructions state to use every day and for minutes at a time on sections. They are incorrect instructions causing burns. Go ahead and get the knock off for 30.00. You get what you paid for. A piece of crap that is NOT the Veauty Dot.

The instructions clearly state hold device in one spot NO LONGER THAN 3 - 5 seconds. People who are getting burned are stating they are in spot for 30 seconds. You burned yourself!
The instructions also state not to use if you have cancer. Someone who had cancer used it and wrote a bad review. That's not fair.
I have not even received my unit yet but have already been given customer service that is beyond great.
The unit was on sale. After purchasing it the sale was not reflected in the price. I wrote customer service. Within 24 hours I had a response, a case number and a refund for the difference. WITHIN 24 HOURS.
No one should be allowed to leave a negative review because they are to stupid to read instructions and to cheap to buy from the actual site and purchase off temu for 30.00. That's your own fault not veautystore.com.
I will update my review when I receive my unit.
