PART 1 - Device received, but charging issues persist

PART 1 - I received my device at the end of November and charged it overnight, but noticed that the charging light wasn’t on and the device wouldn’t charge. I contacted the support team on December 1st and they quickly replied, asking for a video, which I provided on December 2nd. They mentioned they would respond within 24-72 hours. Now it’s December 11, 2025, and it's been a full 10 days since I sent the video showing the charging issue. On December 11, I sent them an email noting that I hadn’t heard back in 11 days. Their reply on December 11 included: 1. Please try using a different wall outlet or USB port to charge the device. 2. Since you have the charging stand, have you tried that instead of plugging it in directly? I replied on December 12 with a video demonstrating that the device still wouldn’t charge, even with a different outlet or USB port. After another 9 days without a response, I emailed again on December 21, following up on my charging issue. I reached out on December 2 and had to wait over a week for a response on December 11, during which they apologized for the delay. They requested another video on December 11, and I sent that on December 12. While I understand the need to rule out 'user error', it’s now been another 9 days without any communication, prompting me to email once more. I acknowledge that Christmas was in between, but I still hadn’t received any updates, so I emailed again on December 29, 2025.

Terrible experience from start to finish

I sent another video on December 12th showing that it still didn't work. After nine more days of silence, I emailed again on December 21st, expressing my frustration about the lack of communication. They apologized for the delay but still didn't resolve the issue, even with Christmas in between.

Beware of misleading promotions

Avoid this company. I thought I was taking advantage of a great Black Friday deal, but the advertising is deceptive, making it seem like the product is always on sale. The return policy claims to be risk-free, but I can't get a response on how to return it. Even at the lowest setting, it was uncomfortable and too hot, raising concerns about skin damage. Their marketing tactics are frustrating, and despite the constant ads urging urgency, the sale never seems to end. The product feels cheap and toy-like.

Poor return process

Avoid purchasing from this platform. There’s no clear way to return items if you’re dissatisfied. The only way to contact them is via email, and they don’t respond promptly. I sent five emails inquiring about the return process, and I received no helpful replies, just questions about my dissatisfaction.

No noticeable results

After using this for a month, I saw no improvements with sun spots or fine lines. I’m returning it but must pay for shipping to a distant location. I had to request a refund multiple times, and they initially asked for video proof, which isn’t mentioned in their return policy. They even offered discounts to keep the product, which was frustrating. The quality is subpar, and I see no genuine reviews elsewhere online. The return shipping cost is exorbitant, and I won’t buy from social media ads again.
