I reviewed this place a while back and it was lovely communication. However, it has been 2 weeks and my order still has not shipped despite being told it will be shipped within three days and despite paying ÂŁ23 for express delivery which was meant to come in 7 days maximum. I have emailed them a few times recently and no one has responded to me, it seems like they just gave up replying to me and it is really frustrating knowing I spent good money for my custom order including an extra delivery fee!
