But I was shocked to learn that I had to pay the full year’s fees upfront in advance.Vedantu advertises “flexible fee options” on their website, but in reality, there was no flexibility offered. There was no monthly payment option, and no partial payment option. On top of that, there is a strict no-refund policy — meaning if after a few months my child does not find the classes suitable, the entire amount is non-refundable.As a parent, I am willing to invest in my child’s education, but paying the full annual fees upfront is not financially comfortable for many middle-class families. When I requested a monthly payment option, I was simply told to look for other classes if I was not satisfied.Very disappointing experience from a reputed platform. Good teachers, but the rigid and risky payment policy makes it difficult to proceed.
