I recently had my first counseling session with Vedantu, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The counselor was rude and unwilling to listen to my concerns about my child's learning needs. Instead of a helpful discussion, the conversation felt dismissive, making it difficult to communicate what I was looking for.Counselling should be supportive and interactive, where parents feel heard and guided.
