1) I paid pro plan 1month for auto sub & translate--> you only have a few minutes of sub translation / month... ridiculous for £39/month. This wasn't explained in the specs of the plan. I didn't renew.2) I liked their "brand kit" functionality so I downgraded to lite premium for £10/month, but again, after paying I discovered that this "brand kit" feature isn't available for lite premium.3) I asked for a cancel & refund on the same day but didn't get any refund. They will do everything to take your money, without considering that happy customer = more money.CONCLUSION : Just use Adobe Premiere Pro.
