i think this is great and simple, but it could use some work. i like it a lot, but sometimes its hard to even cut the video, and that is the most annoying thing because i need that the most. also, i cant expand the text for a longer time without trying for 3 mins strait. great recorder, but could use some work.
I subscribed to use an AI expansion tool, but my experience has been terrible. I attempted to use it multiple times, and it either displayed a black screen or failed completely, wasting my credits. I reached out to the support team for assistance and a refund, as the tool was non-functional. It's been seven days without a response, despite my follow-ups. I will not be using this service again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

Severely glitchy platform and very poor customer support. It’s impossible to reach anyone when issues arise, and responses are just one sentence every 24 hours—it’s ridiculous. This level of service is unacceptable for a paid platform.
The service drew me in with a £39 subscription and grand AI promises, but the AI features were completely ineffective for me. Only basic functions like audio enhancement and filters worked—similar options are available elsewhere for much less or even free. I canceled almost immediately, but they still denied my refund. Deceptive, overpriced, and best avoided!
