The items are lovely, but they were far too large, and I couldn’t return them. I understand the return policy, but the sizes were misleading. To make matters worse, I received a letter with a £36 import tax. I was frustrated to spend so much initially and then face another unwelcome charge. I reached out to the seller, hoping for understanding given my past purchases, but their response was unhelpful. They should clearly state potential import charges on their site to avoid surprises.
