Beware of hidden charges. I was unexpectedly billed an additional 130GBP in taxes that were not disclosed by the seller. After several weeks of emailing them, I received no response. Additionally, the clothing is of very poor quality—it's see-through and not well made.
For the past two weeks, I've been trying to return a few items I ordered online, but the link to the return document is non-existent, even on different devices. I've reached out three times—twice via the website form and once via email—without any response. The return period for my order ends tomorrow. I feel deceived and will contact consumer protection.
