In October, all our shipments from our website were frozen due to "postage not paid". It appears someone was creating fraudulent labels. After weeks of delays and poor support, we had to reship or refund orders. The service kept saying to wait, but no one wants to wait over three weeks for their purchases. Now, three months later, we haven't received any compensation for undelivered items, refunds, reshipping costs, or initial postage. It's disappointing that a company of this size treats its users this way, offering no real assistance. I suggest considering other shipping services instead.
