This is a prime example of gaslighting. FIVE YEARS AGO, the CEO announced carrier branded packaging for USPS, FedEx, and UPS. However, the promised packaging for UPS is still nonexistent. When I reported this months ago, support labeled it a "FEATURE REQUEST" instead of a bug. It's frustrating to see them deny the lack of features while continuing to mislead users.
