Multiple System Issues

It's important to mention that numerous complaints about the same issue exist. The system is fraught with problems, and the support team fails to address any of them. Linked products are mismatched, and orders are out of sync. The company compels us to use this inadequate system while disregarding claims, which I believe is unfair. Overall, I cannot recommend this system to anyone.

Numerous Issues with the System

It's worth noting that there are multiple complaints regarding the same problem. The system is riddled with issues, and the support team never acknowledges them. Products linked are completely mismatched, and orders are out of sync. The company forces us to use this subpar system while ignoring claims, which I believe constitutes unfair selling practices. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this system to anyone.

Gaslighting at Its Best

This is a prime example of gaslighting. FIVE YEARS AGO, the CEO announced carrier branded packaging for USPS, FedEx, and UPS. However, the promised packaging for UPS is still nonexistent. When I reported this months ago, support labeled it a "FEATURE REQUEST" instead of a bug. It's frustrating to see them deny the lack of features while continuing to mislead users.

Great Until Problems Arise

In October, all our shipments from our website were frozen due to "postage not paid". It appears someone was creating fraudulent labels. After weeks of delays and poor support, we had to reship or refund orders. The service kept saying to wait, but no one wants to wait over three weeks for their purchases. Now, three months later, we haven't received any compensation for undelivered items, refunds, reshipping costs, or initial postage. It's disappointing that a company of this size treats its users this way, offering no real assistance. I suggest considering other shipping services instead.

Lack of Competence

I purchased labels for orders only to find out USPS was holding our packages due to non-payment from the service, despite having been charged. I submitted a ticket with all necessary information weeks ago, yet there's been no resolution. Many others have faced this issue, and the company has told them there's no solution. Their competence is severely lacking.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service

The customer service experience has been incredibly frustrating. I reached out for help with a simple issue of shipping an additional package. The first associate stopped responding without solving anything, and the second representative was unprofessional and unhelpful. Avoid These Unyielding People

We needed to ship lithium polymer batteries internationally and followed all guidelines. However, the service rejected our package and disabled our account, demanding certification we were unwilling to obtain. Despite explaining our position, they refused to assist us unless we complied. It's astonishing how indifferent they are to customer needs. They misinterpret requirements and are incompetent at best.

No Added Value and Spam Issues

The shipping is already free through another service, and this platform adds no value. They also send emails from their domain, making it difficult to block spam, and there are no options to unsubscribe. I would advise against engaging with them.
