I had to reach out every time to get updates, as they never contacted me proactively. 2. Clear Damage and Deceit: I was told my car had a 'defect' when it was picked up, which was a lie. I found my original window cracked while they attempted a door replacement. They blamed delays on a 'backlog' from Europe. 3. Unauthorized Use and Legal Issues: I noticed significant fuel loss while the car was supposed to be stationary. I received a speeding ticket for an unauthorized drive while the car was in their care. This breach of trust is unacceptable. 4. Ongoing Damage and Unresolved Problems: Upon return, I noticed a scratch on the new window, indicating poor handling.
