A Complete Breakdown in Service, Communication, and Professionalism

A Complete Breakdown in Service, Communication, and Professionalism Vehicle Pickup Date: September 24th Date of Final Return (Unresolved): December 5th (over 10 weeks later) This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional service experience I've ever encountered. My vehicle was in their possession for over 10 weeks for a minor repair, during which it suffered new damage, was driven irresponsibly by their staff, and was returned to me still not fixed. The lack of transparency and dishonest communication were astonishing. 1. Significant Delays & Communication Issues: The portal initially promised completion by October 10th (9-10 days). This date was then changed to October 31st, and again to November 28th. My vehicle was in their shop for more than two months longer than originally stated. I had to proactively reach out every time to get updates after deadlines passed, and their claims of attempting to contact me were clearly false. 2. Clear Damage and Deception: My vehicle was picked up with a perfectly intact window, only to be told there was a "defect," which was a lie to cover their mistake. When I visited the location, I found my original window cracked and leaning against a wall—damage they caused while removing it for a door replacement. They then attributed further delays to a "backlog" from Europe. 3. Unauthorized Use and Legal Issues: I noticed significant fuel consumption while my vehicle was supposed to be stationary in their care, and they could not explain this. On November 27th, I received a notification that my vehicle had traveled 5 miles. After the unresolved return on December 2nd, I discovered a speeding ticket issued during this unauthorized 'test drive.' This breach of trust is unacceptable and required me to report them to the authorities. 4. Additional Damage and Ongoing Problems: Upon the car's return on December 2nd (after over two months), I spotted a scratch on the new replacement window, indicating a lack of care during installation. The day after receiving the vehicle back, the hybrid system malfunctioned, and the warning light was on. They took it back, claimed to fix it, but returned it on December 5th with the same issue unresolved. This experience highlights every possible failure: missed deadlines, dishonest communication, new damage to the vehicle, unauthorized use leading to a speeding ticket, and ultimately, returning the vehicle with the original repair incomplete and a new mechanical fault. I strongly recommend anyone considering this service to seek alternatives. The stress and time lost far outweigh any potential convenience.
