After trying to book a taxi on Thursday and being 45 minutes late, I attempted to book again on Saturday with no success. On Sunday, I booked for 16:45, but despite multiple confirmations of taxis on their way, none arrived. I called for updates and was told they were on their way, but I decided to cancel both that and my return taxi. I will never use this service again.
