We were attending a wedding, so timing was crucial. Even though I booked well in advance on the app, we ended up needing to use a different service as the app kept pushing our taxi's arrival time back repeatedly. This happened to all wedding guests using this platform, with some arriving after the bride. Lesson learned: never again!
