Complete scam!Caught a taxi to the hospital at 14:50- £13.60 and booked a return at 15:25 which was estimated the same £13.60 but then had to pay a surcharge on top of the payment. I asked for an explanation and was told its a busy time so they can...if it was a set surcharge for certain times it would have been in estimated fare so therefore a scam!
