What a horrid taxi driver last night!The taxi arrived at 00:03. I arrived there at 00:06 and he said “it had been cancelled because I was a no-show” and then refused to take us home!….he was rude & arrogant, absolutely disgusting behaviour from your driver. I rang the office at 12:07 to speak to the operator and he said he would arrange us another taxi which would be 15 minutes, which was not good enough as our taxi was there and had waited 4 minutes for us to arrive before cancelling! I will never be using you again.Check the times on the email I recieved! Your booking with TELFORD VEEZU (P) was cancelled as the driver could not find you. We apologise if this was in error.
