The only reason I left one star is because I couldn’t leave 0 stars. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Sent me a text to say my cab is coming only to delay for 20 minutes and then when I call, the customer service person tells me the can has picked up another passenger without even informing me. Service is always delayed without explanation until you call and ask. This has happened on multiple occasions. Terrible! Don’t book this if you have somewhere important to be. Book Uber instead!
