Only giving one star because I can't give zero. I work in a care home and booked a taxi to collect one of our residents from his day centre. The driver arrived and rung me to say he was outside. I explained that the customer has a learning disability and he would have to go in the centre to make himself known. The driver then hung up on me, cancelled the booking and left, essentially abandoning someone with learning disabilities causing him great distress and anxiety.
