Absolute horror of.companyI raised the form and they just replied saying they don’t take responsibility for being lateI booked my taxi to station with 35 minutes for a 15 min drive, despite I prebooked it days in advance, veezu took 15 minutes to even asign a driver, the driver arrived 20 minutes after the booked time, ans even though the driver did his best to take me on time, I missed my train because of the poor management and coordination of the service provided. I was taking the train to London to watch a show, this meant I had to take a later train and be late for my showe. I would like a refund for this taxi trip, and compensation for being late to my train and show. I also felt the treatment from the three operators I spoke with was very patronising and not good, they just kept talking about the 10 min window even when I was saying the taxi was already 20 min late, they were also blaming me and saying I should have booked it with more time when I had more than double the time required. It was a horrible experience. I have been an ABC customer for years and never had a problem but veezu management is just way less efficient, what’s the whole point pf prebooking a taxi ir I have to wait 20 min on the day for the operator to find me one on the day.
