I pre-booked a taxi through the app for 08:00 am on Monday for a hospital appointment at 09:00, as I couldn't drive due to an eye examination. I checked the app frequently, but it wasn't until 07:50 that it indicated it was searching for a car. I had allowed an hour for a 15-minute ride. By 08:20, I called the office since the app still showed it was searching, and I was told they were busy and I was next in line. At 08:40, with no car in sight, I had to cancel both the appointment and the ride. I’m not impressed, especially since I booked well in advance. There’s definitely room for improvement.
