I placed an order on 21st March, there were issues on the website, but I contacted the team, and they were able to assist with my order. I then received my order on 24th March 2023, all the frozen goods arrived defrosted and had to be eaten within 24-48 hours. The Omni Golden Fillets: Plant-Based Fried Fish-Style Fillets had an expiry date of 7th January 2023. I contacted Vegan Kind to get a refund for the out-of-date and defrosted goods on 23, 24 and 28 March, and I am still awaiting a response. They quickly resolved the payment issue on their website, but they need to be swifter in addressing the out-of-date and defrosted food. Please avoid this company.
