My husband and I attended a performance on 12/27/25 and it was fantastic. Unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. We had pre-paid for two drinks but never received them. After the show, we talked to the manager who denied our request for a refund, claiming that since we bought tickets through a third-party platform, they couldn't process it. However, we had actually purchased our tickets directly from the venue. When we asked if we could receive the photos, priced at $20, instead of the drinks we missed out on, that request was also denied. We felt taken advantage of and were left with the impression that customer care was lacking. I can't recommend working with them again.
