Excited for the concert, but the app needs improvement.

We're thrilled to see one of our favorite artists, but using the app and the website on our default browser was quite frustrating due to glitches. A notification suggesting to use a different browser would have been beneficial. Additionally, having two sections for names was confusing, and clearer instructions regarding ticket assignments would have helped.

Great Show, But Disappointing Service

My husband and I attended a performance on 12/27/25 and it was fantastic. Unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. We had pre-paid for two drinks but never received them. After the show, we talked to the manager who denied our request for a refund, claiming that since we bought tickets through a third-party platform, they couldn't process it. However, we had actually purchased our tickets directly from the venue. When we asked if we could receive the photos, priced at $20, instead of the drinks we missed out on, that request was also denied. We felt taken advantage of and were left with the impression that customer care was lacking. I can't recommend working with them again.

Helpful assistance in finding ticket insurance

I received great help from a friendly representative who guided me in locating the section on my computer to purchase ticket insurance. Unfortunately, it wouldn't show up initially. I ended up restarting the ticket purchasing process, including the meet and greet and insurance, five times! It was quite frustrating!
