Unreliable platform. I was playing blackjack and won a significant hand. After reinvesting for the next hand, the service unexpectedly shut down while I had money out. I lost everything with no reload option. I spent 30 minutes in live chat but received no resolution. Fortunately, I didn’t have a large amount invested.
